For the person who can't remember the last time they truly stopped
Unplug. Get grounded. Get clear.
Six days and five nights in Costa Rica's Diamante Valley to put the phone down, move your body, breathe deeply, and come home feeling like yourself again.
You know you're glued to the screen. You know you live in your head more than in your life. You know you're running on empty, and that scrolling at night isn't rest.
Knowing was never the problem. Stopping is. And stopping is nearly impossible to do alone, at home, with everything still needing you.
That's what this week is: a guided reset you don't have to figure out on your own.
This is from our Colorado retreat in August 2026. Same team and same approach, in Costa Rica this February.
Beyul Retreat, Colorado · August 2026

You wake up without an alarm, above the clouds in Costa Rica's Diamante Valley. There's no phone buzzing beside your bed. You drink your coffee surrounded by trees. You move your body because it feels good, not to burn calories.
You hike to a waterfall. You spend an afternoon with nowhere to be. Midweek you have your own energy healing session with Antoine at La Diosa waterfall, focused on what your body needs to feel well, healthy, and whole.
At night you lie under the stars and the noise finally fades. Somewhere in there, you remember what you've been missing.
You don't have to be flexible, fit, or experienced with meditation. Show up tired and unsure and you'll fit right in. You just have to come.
Movement runs through the week, and every session has options for every level. This is not a bootcamp, and nobody is counting your reps.

Holos sits on a private ridgetop with 360° views of the Diamante Valley and Diamante Falls, Costa Rica's tallest waterfall. Two hundred acres of forest, river, and six waterfall pools, all to ourselves.
You'll sleep in spacious star glamping tents with real beds, pillow-top mattresses, soft linens, and air conditioning. Think jungle immersion with real comfort: restorative sleep, open-air dining, and practices held in a bamboo temple where sacred geometry meets the jungle canopy.
You'll sleep two to a tent, always with your own real bed. Couples and friends traveling together get a tent of their own, and every pairing is set up in advance, so you're never rooming with a stranger. Coming solo? Tell us you're open to a tentmate and we'll pair you thoughtfully, with introductions well before you land, or ask us about one of the few private king tents. Because of the intimate, off-the-grid nature of the property, space is limited.
Every trail, pool, and ridge on this map is part of your week. Six waterfall pools along the Diamante River, jungle trails from ridge to water, fruit forests, and basecamp above it all.
We've been visiting this area for some years now, with the Diamante Valley drawing us back each time. Here are a few moments we've had here on the Holos property. We can't wait to share this special place with you.
A closer look at the tents, the temple, and the grounds, so you know exactly what's waiting for you.

A loose framework, not a packed schedule. Come for all of it or find your own pace. Nothing is forced. Everything is optional.
Vinyasa, restorative yoga, and optional open-air strength. All levels, options in every session, and none of it is a bootcamp.
Energy work with Antoine at La Diosa waterfall, soundbath in the temple, and daily breathwork with Juliet to open the morning and close the day.
Guided jungle hikes to waterfalls and natural bathing pools along the Diamante River. Swim, walk, sit by the water.
Sauna, bodywork, hammocks, wide-open afternoons, and evenings that end early enough to actually sleep.
Plus farm-to-table meals shared family-style, and evenings around the fire.
A framework, not a fixed schedule. Weather and the group will shape the details.
Arrive at Holos by evening. It’s about four hours by car from San José (SJO), or you can book a charter flight. Full travel guidance comes with your booking.
Check into your tent, unpack, and get your bearings on the property.
Opening circle in the Air Temple, welcome dinner, and time around the fire.
Yoga and breathwork with Juliet in the Air Temple. Optional open-air strength session with Mackie.
First waterfall hike from the ridge down to the pools, with time to swim. Or stay at basecamp: hammock, journal, sauna.
Dinner and an early night.
Movement and meditation, then Antoine leads the group jungle immersion (energetic Shinrin Yoku) on the walk into the property.
Private energy healing sessions with Antoine at La Diosa waterfall begin today and run through the week. Bodywork and cold plunge also available.
Soundbath in the Air Temple.
Strength with Mackie or a slower yoga practice with Juliet, both outdoors.
A second waterfall hike, or free time on the property.
Dinner and fire.
A shorter practice, then open time.
Free. Hike, swim, or rest.
Closing circle, celebration dinner, and the last fire.
Breakfast, then transfers toward SJO. We'll help coordinate departures.
Some of what happens this week is only possible here. The Diamante Valley has been a place of healing for a long time, and the people who live and practice on this land are part of what makes Holos what it is.
Alongside our own programming, the healing this week is guided by someone who belongs to this place. Antoine Lebecque, a former ecological engineer trained in Energetic Cellular Memory, has made this valley his home and his work. Two of his experiences anchor the week.

Every guest receives a private session with Antoine at La Diosa waterfall, known locally as the Heart of the Earth. He works with what your body is ready to shift and closes with a somatic assessment: practical observations you can use in daily life. Included in your retreat.

A guided group session based on forest bathing: breathwork, sensory awareness, and gentle movement, ending in what Antoine calls the hug of the forest, a settled state where the nervous system can rest.
It's the part of the retreat we're most excited about, and the part you can't get anywhere else.
A small team, by design. You'll get to know all of us over the week, and we're in it with you the whole time.
Juliet leads yoga and the daily breathwork and meditation practice that opens each morning and closes each day. She guides the rhythm of the retreat and brings the care, grounding, and attention to detail that shapes the guest experience.
Mackie leads the strength work, hikes, and movement sessions, helping guests feel strong, capable, and connected to their bodies.
A former ecological engineer trained in Energetic Cellular Memory, Antoine works with what the body holds as tension and recurring discomfort, and ends every session with practical observations you can take home. His role is not to give answers, but to make space for you to hear what's already there.
Maybe nothing dramatic happens at all. Maybe you simply breathe a little deeper, feel a little lighter, and remember that you are allowed to stop.
February 7-12, 2027 · Six days, five nights
A $500 deposit holds your place. The balance splits into two payments, due October 1 and December 8, 2026. Booking after October 1? Your deposit and first payment are due together when you book. We invoice ahead of each date, so nothing is charged automatically.
February flights into San José get more expensive the longer you wait, so it pays to book yours early.
Fly into San José (SJO), Costa Rica's main international airport. From there it's about a four-hour drive to the Diamante Valley, or you can book a charter flight. Plan to arrive at Holos by the evening of Saturday, February 7. We'll send full travel guidance once you're booked and can help coordinate ground transport.
There's wifi in the main area at Holos, so you can check in with home. Cell service on the property is less certain and depends on your carrier, so plan on the wifi if someone needs to reach you.
Comfortable with a few hours of movement a day, with the option to hike, take yoga, or simply rest. Every activity has a beginner and a moderate path. This is about participation, not performance.
February is one of the loveliest times in the valley: warm days, cooler evenings on the ridge, and dry-season sun. We'll send a full packing list before you travel.
Yes. The kitchen can work with most preferences and restrictions. Let us know when you register so the chefs can plan.
Absolutely. Many guests come on their own. At our Colorado retreat, and at the many other retreats we've been part of, the group felt like friends by the second day. Tell us on the form that you're open to a tentmate and we'll pair you thoughtfully and introduce you well before the retreat, or ask us about a private king tent.
A $500 deposit holds your place and is non-refundable. The $3,050 balance is split into two payments: $1,250 on October 1 and $1,800 on December 8, 2026. If you book after October 1, the deposit and first payment ($1,750) are due when you book, and $1,800 on December 8. If you book after December 8, the full $3,550 is due when you book. We invoice ahead of each date, so nothing is charged automatically.
Yes. We hold a few private king tents for exactly this, subject to availability, so just ask. Couples and friends traveling together always get a tent of their own at no extra charge.
The $500 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel before November 9, 2026, everything you've paid beyond the deposit is refunded. On or after November 9 we're unable to refund. Either way, you can pass your spot to someone else at any point up to two weeks before the retreat, with our approval. We'd much rather see your place filled by someone you know than sit empty.
Yes. Travel insurance is required for all of our trips. Make sure your policy covers trip cancellation and emergency evacuation, in case of any unforeseen circumstances. We'll ask for your insurer and policy number in January.
Tell us a little about you and we'll be in touch with next steps and how to hold your spot. Places are offered in the order requests come in.
Every guest gets a real bed of their own, and a few private king tents are available on request. Space is limited, so early requests are encouraged.
